More Photos from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Legislators

Property plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the images.

Additionally included in this recent document release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had created plans to develop the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling different areas of the estate.

Alongside this are what look to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including plans for dock shelters.

More documentation made public as part of the current investigative process.
